Zenjin presented the control layer for trusted AI to Insurance Australia Group senior leadership during their AI Leadership Safari with the University of San Francisco Data Institute.
In mid-October 2026, Zenjin joined a multi-day AI Leadership Safari for senior leaders from Insurance Australia Group (IAG) — the largest general insurer across Australia and New Zealand — hosted with the University of San Francisco Data Institute.
IAG is already past the pilot question: GenAI use cases and AI activators are in production. The room’s real debate was which agents become lines on the P&L, how far they should act, and how authority scales with evidence.
Zenjin showed what is shippable today — inventory, data posture, testing, identity, observability, and audit-ready evidence in one system — alongside other Bay Area founders invited to the program.
The takeaway that stuck: go all-at-once on platform and workflow redesign, and incremental on agent authority. Scale authority at the speed of evidence.
